As Sales Manager working in the German speaking part of Switzerland you will have the responsibility to strengthen and expand our position in the Medium and Enterprise Market. In this role, you will develop and manage a high-performing team providing a first-class customer service to a select portfolio of local Key Accounts. You will ensure an strong focus on generating value for our strategic customers as well as for Canon.

You will play an important role in shaping the success of our organisation. You will get the chance to learn and develop yourself in an exciting and dynamic environment, covering a great range of responsibilities all the while supported by highly professional and committed stakeholders.

We are looking for a strong people leader with a great ability to inspire, coach and develop our diverse employees to ensure outstanding quality in account management, customer service, business case processing and solution creation.

You will need

  • An inspiring and persuasive personality
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Very good understanding of business processes
  • The ability to engage in business discussions on C-Level
  • Strategic and conceptual thinking, combined with methodological skills
  • Proven track record in coaching and developing sales or project teams
  • Strong Stakeholder-Management and networking skills, knowledge of the Swiss market
  • Broad experience in IT, Document and Output Management products & solutions
  • Language proficiency in German (preferably native) and English
