Hiring Sale Manager- Equipment’s for a Water Treatment / Water Solution company.

Responsibilities:
· Generate new opportunities using lead generation & management, networking, building relationships and cold calling
· Develop & implement sales strategies through a robust sales plan which is in line with company’s goals for sales, revenue, profitability, and growth
· Provide accurate monthly sales and revenue forecasts, market & competitor analysis reports to the Sales Director
· Manage sales team including setting & monitoring KPI’s/targets, retaining, mentoring, recruiting & training
· Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and contracts
· Maintain timely communication with customers
· Support customers with conflict resolution whenever required
· Coordinate with the Engineering team in smooth handover of orders
· Support accounts team in cash collection
· Prepare and present high-level presentations to customers / prospects
· Determine areas of improvement in both internal processes and team members
· Make realistic decisions in line with company policies and procedures
· Keen to take any other responsibility assigned by management
Requirements:
– Arabic Speaking
– Bachelor’s in chemical / Mechanical engineering (Masters in Marketing an added advantage)
– Min. 6 years’ experience in Water & wastewater treatment in UAE
– Min. 3 years managerial experience in UAE
