Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling, maintenance, overhaul and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

Partner with the best

As Sales Manager – CORVA Europe and Caspian (d/f/m), you will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic digital plans for our digital accounts Corva and associated accounts and keeping up to date with developments in the sector.
  • Supporting marketing strategies that enhance the use of Corva and associated accounts and supporting digital brand awareness and communications.
  • Conducting presentations and face-to-face meetings, including application demonstrations, and providing a consultative role to find the right solutions for clients’ needs.
  • Managing Corva and associate accounts digital business processes that require the involvement of many stakeholders, externally and internally.
  • Ensuring open communication with existing customers and Baker Hughes sales teams to support an ongoing relationship.
  • Working with other OFS Digital teams and colleagues to help align offerings with customer needs.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have successfully completed your studies in engineering, well construction engineering, petroleum or familiar field.
  • Have significant experience in a related strategic business development focus.
  • Have significant experience in Digital Leadership / Business Development Leadership
  • Have a cross-functional technical background and has seen a variety of different business situations and challenges during their career.
  • Have experience designing, developing, and implementing digital processes and bringing agility to operations, as well as rolling out new technologies.
  • Have experience in Well Construction and/or Drilling markets, will be a plus.
