OrderBoard is a rapidly growing data-science and SaaS company that is transforming the way in which companies retain and hire talent in tough labor markets.

We are looking to hire our very first Sales Managers, capable of working autonomously and driving sales of Orderboard’s SaaS platform.

Imagine selling a service that can correctly predict whether someone will leave an organization within the next 6-12 months!

 

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Report to the Director of Sales and work in a close-knit team environment to accomplish a sales target that meets or exceeds Orderboard quota targets
  • Apply knowledge of Orderboard’s offerings, market, and trends to uncover and close new sales opportunities through available lead generation + sales tools.
  • Act as first point of contact responsible for following up on inbound leads generated through the website or other inbound digital marketing efforts.
  • Daily integration with CRM to update accounts, leads, contracts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Keeps management informed of all activities, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Actively engage with partners to ensure customer success through Professional Services.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a sales/sales development role
  • Preferred background working in recruitment/talent management
  • Existing network with experience calling on enterprise and growth level organizations across one or more of the following industries: fintech, data science, e-commerce, healthcare, financial services, 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Team player with a strong ability to self-start and work to deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
