Sales Internship

We are looking for Stage in the Sales Department who can support the sales team by back office activity. The activities foreseen will give the opportunity to use the internal management system (CRM) through which it will be possible to acquire skills relating to many standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, SA8000, Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Envaironmental Certification, Training in Certification) and their applicability in company of all sizes and product sectors.

We are offering 6-months internship with a possible extension.

Tasks and activities:

• Supporting sales managers
• Scope extension management: managing information about new services offered
• Projects integrations and projects update
• Account update: management of customer data with any changes in the sites covered by the audits, social region, etc.
• Opportunities and quotas update: depending on proactivity and interest
• Opportunities to enter into a relationship with the customer to learn more about the required certifications and to collect information on the customer profile

Position Qualifications

• Excellent Italian skills required – both written and verbal
• At least basic knowledge of English (written and verbal)
• A university degree or equivalent
• Working proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of Oracle will be seen as an advantage
• Passion for certification services and data management work is required
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Analytical, empathetic and able to communicate effectively
