Position Summary
Description:
The Intern will participate in projects related to sales, supporting the development of the sweet baked goods and salty snack brands; Bimbo, Marinela and Barcel in the express and traditional “large format” channels. Work will focus on the market in the stores, coaching in the frontline the company’s processes to achieve the different objectives around the whole country. Work will focus on negotiating DSD service in potential customer leads and developing the point of sale to world class standards while ensuring the correct service frequency is established.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the complete sales process, starting with the solicitor process for taking clients
- Coaching the front line with desired service through DSDE, ION, RTM
- Develop and grow the brands in the markets
- Supporting the different teams throughout the national territory

Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
Education
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
- Bilingual person who speaks Spanish and English a plus
