FAQ

What does 20 hours per week mean, in practice?

  • There are mandatory weekly meetings on Thursday mornings (9, 10 or 11, depending on your preference). You can also take part in the weekly workshop for the companies for free. You will dedicate 9 hours each for two companies. That gives 18 hours with the companies, and some hours for the weekly meetings.

What is 90% flexible?

  • Mandatory meetings are on Thursdays. Optional workshops (for free) for the companies are in the afternoons. 90% of the working hours can be scheduled individually / in cooperation with the companies you work for. Part time job is well-considered.

What type of coaching am I getting?

  • The skills you need to work in international sales from Rasmus, the CEO & program owner.
  • Coaching by other experienced coaches from the top of their industries when taking part in the sessions for the companies.
  • You will learn to build successful cold email campaigns, LinkedIn reachout campaigns & get your knowledge backed with a certificate.
  • You will learn how to connect with several companies, understand their business model and be able to create value fast.

How likely is it that I get a job from this?

  • Over 50% of the spring 2022 interns got a job offered within two months of the end of the program.

What happens after ten weeks?

  • You will have learned a lot, gotten valuable insight, gained working experience and possibly get a job offer!

What job will I get to do?

  • You will assist two companies to find leads and create customer contacts.

Looking forward to seeing your application! The deadline is on Monday 29th August 2022.

P.S.

lf you are still not sure if this if for you, this is a comment from Enedia Progeri, from the spring 2022 interns:

“Lifetime changing I would describe the whole journey with Euroscalers! Working with great people and great companies, learning new things every day and upgrading my skills. An intense internship with true value experience and opportunities for growing. Having a coach like Rasmus made it even more challenging and productive. Definitely a go to the program and the people who make it possible. 😊”

Here are some thoughts of antother one of the interns from the spring, Maria Dostaleva:

“I want to share few words about Euroscalers and Rasmus. After being laid off from my last work for about 2 years, I decided that it’s time for a big change and started to look for opportunities in Sales and Marketing, but it turned out that even entry positions require work experience. So, I came across Euroscalers and internship program in International Sales and Marketing that they organised. I applied and was lucky to get in.

After the first month of the internship I, among other interns, got to know a lot about cold email campaigns, copywriting, follow up in sales and lots more. After this each intern got a match with two companies and real work started. In my case, companies that I was working for were on different stages in their business and I got to see how it is to work in a company that is just entering international market and the one that is already present worldwide.

After the internship, I got hired by one of the companies and I could not be more happy about it as it was one of my goals for this internship. Joining Euroscalers was a great way for me to get a match with my current working place and I can say that it wouldn’t be easy without this internship program.

All in all, I want to say big thank you to Rasmus, Euroscalers and the internship program. And I can recommend it to everyone who wants to use their knowledge about Sales and Marketing processes in real life and enter the job market as Sales and Marketing assistant.”
