The overall objective of this position is to ensure timely and accurate support for Czech and Slovak Pharma Sales team. The role requires close cross functional interaction with sales (mainly Key Account Managers), trade marketing, brand management and also external accounts (distributors/chains).
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting Key Account Managers with their daily tasks
- Maintaining, updating and following trade activity plans in cooperation with KAMs
- Analyzing sales data and assessing the effectiveness of undertaken activities
- Updating standard reports and preparing ad hoc reports
- Cooperating with Trade Marketing on trade related tasks
- Presenting Analytical parts during internal Business meeting
Our requirements:
- Availability of around 20 hours per week
- Being an university student with Marketing or Business specialization will be an asset
- Fluent Czech/Slovak
- Very good English
- Active and positive approach towards new tasks and challenges
- Creativity in seeking for new solutions
- Analytical skills and eye for details
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, especially Excel and PowerPoint
