Sales Executive
Location: Hybrid (Office location: Bradbury House, 4 Ohio Avenue, Salford, Greater Manchester M50 2GT)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Basic salary up to £21,181 per annum (dependent on experience) plus £300 home working allowance and competitive on target commission payments available.

We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, passionate person with proven customer service skills to join our Red Cross Training contact centre as a Sales Executive.

In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will work in a welcoming team at our Salford office, selling first aid training courses and products to new and returning customers.

Our team are welcoming, motivated, and passionate about helping people. We’ve been delivering first aid at work courses for more than 30 years. We have over 170 trainers throughout the UK, and deliver training to over 140,000 delegates. Not only do our courses provide people with life-saving knowledge and skills; after costs have been deducted, every penny made goes to support the work of the British Red Cross.

A day in the life of a Sales Executive will involve:

Building professional relationships with customers whilst achieving monthly sales targets.
Having an excellent knowledge of courses and products available.
Accurately maintaining CRM and databases.

To be a successful Sales Executive, you’ll need:

To work well under pressure, maintaining a professional manner.
To have excellent time management skills.
To be IT literate.
