About the role:

 

As Mediaqart grows at a rapid pace, it’s an exciting time to join the team and be a part of the Mediaqart story. As Sales Manager, you will have a  direct hand in Mediaqart’s success as you’ll be part of the company’s sales team to improve and innovate on our alliance efforts. The right person will be comfortable in an ownership environment, loves problem-solving and thrives in high-demanding start-up culture. 

 

About you & what you’ll do:

 

  • You will be involved in the core sales process of Mediaqart. Connecting with clients, generating value and revenue.
  • You are responsible for end to end Business Cycle Management, right from Client Engagement to Sign-up and transaction.
  • You will be representing Mediaqart and showcasing the services we offer by using your creative pitching skills online. As per the demos which will be scheduled by the Pre-Sales team.
  • You are excited about new business development involving prospect development, understanding business and technology scenarios and needs, identifying opportunities, solution offerings and business cases to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals.
  • You will be responsible for relationship building and account management
  • You shall manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues on a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
  • You will champion and maintain senior-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You  will collaborate with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.
  • You are passionate about sales and possess the drive to succeed

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in the sales domain (Freshers with internship experience may apply)
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Strong analytical, networking and management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides (equivalent of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) whilst adapting to new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity
  • Ability to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
