Job Description

As a sales excellence manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance and productivity of our sales teams. You will work closely with the sales leaders and the sales enablement team to design and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and tools. You will also monitor and analyze sales data and metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales results and efficiency. The role is based in Dubai reporting into VP, Head of Sales Excellence, CEMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales excellence initiatives to optimize sales performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and sales enablement team to identify and address sales gaps and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain sales best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Design and implement sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track and measure sales performance and progress.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leaders and teams.
  • Facilitate training to enhance sales skills and competencies.
  • Manage sales excellence projects and initiatives, and ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives
  • Maintain tight alignment and work closely with Functional and Country management teams, acting as a project manager on projects led by the team
  • Execute within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to management

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales or sales operations
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations.
