SALES ENGINEER for FOC & ELV

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Telecom.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of Sales, Marketing and/or Field experience Fiber Optic and ELV (Preferred U.A.E Market).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales budgets for all products and services assigned.
  • Operate within assigned selling expense budget.
  • Through regular sales calls, meetings on everyday basis.
  • Ensure a balanced mix of sales call to end users, contractors, distributors and consultants.
  • Provide timely call report summaries for all face-to-face meetings & important phone conversations.
  • Submit monthly reports on time.
  • Maintain proficiency in the use of the personal computer with special emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and conversation)
  • Strong Solution Selling Capabilities: Consultative
  • Should have basic knowledge of Fiber optics and accessories, Structured cabling, Access Control, Public Address & CCTV.
  • Communication: Probes for information and shapes a customer discussion.
  • Mental Agility: Quickly adapts; can think and react on his/her feet.
  • Organizational Agility: Builds relationships and works effectively within an organization.
  • Internally motivated and results oriented.
  • Outstanding people skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to target and prioritize key customers.
  • Proven success in time/territory management.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision.
