SALES ENGINEER for FOC & ELV
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Telecom.
- Minimum of 4+ years of Sales, Marketing and/or Field experience Fiber Optic and ELV (Preferred U.A.E Market).
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales budgets for all products and services assigned.
- Operate within assigned selling expense budget.
- Through regular sales calls, meetings on everyday basis.
- Ensure a balanced mix of sales call to end users, contractors, distributors and consultants.
- Provide timely call report summaries for all face-to-face meetings & important phone conversations.
- Submit monthly reports on time.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of the personal computer with special emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and conversation)
- Strong Solution Selling Capabilities: Consultative
- Should have basic knowledge of Fiber optics and accessories, Structured cabling, Access Control, Public Address & CCTV.
- Communication: Probes for information and shapes a customer discussion.
- Mental Agility: Quickly adapts; can think and react on his/her feet.
- Organizational Agility: Builds relationships and works effectively within an organization.
- Internally motivated and results oriented.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to target and prioritize key customers.
- Proven success in time/territory management.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to work effectively with minimum supervision.
