This position requires a self-starter who can independently prioritize a sales/execution process involving multiple business objectives and many products across several product lines. A sales background with a basic grasp of agriculture is preferred.Work on an inside sales team placing outbound calls to farmers to learn about their operations and identify ways that FBN���s products and/or services provide benefitsExecute prospecting activities focused on qualifying farmers for a variety of FBN commercial products and follow through with the appropriate sales process.Develop proficiency in communicating our diverse set of service offerings including Crop ProtectionSeedLivestock Feed & PharmacyCrop MarketingLand/Operating LoansCrop InsuranceSustainability ProgramsIndependently qualify leads, prioritize your sales pipeline, and conduct research on industry and regional market characteristicsBecome an expert on our market-leading and proprietary agronomic data productIdentify individual benefits for each farmer and tailor the sales approach to their needsUse systems to develop a successful pipeline and engage potential new members in a timely fashionDevelop your own sales playbook for overcoming objections and showing the product via 1-on-1 screenshare demos with farmersUse Salesforce and other SaaS tools to manage, prioritize, and document all interactions and sales processes with farmersPartner with direct supervisors to develop sales skills and become proficient in the roleQualificationsWe’re looking for confident, motivated, competitive, and innovative individuals with a strong work ethic and an appetite for big rewards. We also offer an attractive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance.The following represents FBN’s reasonable estimate of the US national average base salary range of possible compensation for this role based on market data and placement of internal employees: $22/hr. This salary range may vary based on geography and variations in cost of labor. Beyond the above or adjusted to market salary range, FBN also offers all full-time employees competitive equity compensation, health and wellness benefits, and various perks. In addition to base salary and equity compensation, this position is eligible to earn additional compensation through participation in a sales incentive program.
