Your Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
- Maintenance input follow-up
- Running projects – interface with customer & project – change order creation and monitoring
- Daily interface & communication with Purchasing team who is providing quotations with different options (outright, exchange, shop visit, loan) and responsibility to pre-select more relevant options for Customer in terms of price, lead time, warranty and certification/traceability
- Daily interface & communication with Aircraft supervisor & PM for project follow-up (change orders status)
- Daily communication & interface with onsite representatives/Customers
- Project cost monitoring to make sure all additional costs are submitted/approved by the Customer (SSS over & above, findings, Customer additional requests) so that they can be charged to the Customer in final invoice
- Maintain master file between CRM, AMOS
- General administrative work
The expertise you have & skills you bring
- 3 years of experience within Aircraft industry
- Minimum technical understanding in regards to aircraft, modification and refurbishment activities
- Very good communication in English (verbal and written). Any additional language would be an advantage
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency. AMOS proficiency would be a plus
- Self-driven and autonomous
- Ability to work on a fast pace environment with changing priorities
- Customer satisfaction focused
