About the role

The world is rapidly electrifying. New vehicles and energy systems are heavily relying on batteries and require the right solutions to succeed. TWAICE is leading the market of battery analytics solutions with cutting edge and industry-leading technology. You will trailblaze the TWAICE vision through product demonstration, in-market events, and account specific initiatives. Your performance will have deep impact on the company. 

Your daily business will involve

  • Establish and expand business relationships with TWAICE prospects and customers through all relevant channels 
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods 
  • Gain a deep understanding for the pain points and business logic of a target market segment 
  • Identify cross and up-sell potentials for the entire TWAICE Battery Analytic platform 
  • Support Account  Executives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineering and Customer Success departments by providing innovative lead generation ideas 
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the Account Executives 
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings 
  • Achieve, monitor and report key KPIs 

Your profile

  • You have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects 
  • You are a team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams 
  • You are a critical thinker, you don’t take directives at face value; you consider the task at hand, offering constructive feedback to improve processes 
  • You have a good knowledge of the software market or the ability to learn new software quickly 
  • You have good communication skills, both written and oral 
  • You are fluent English and ideally German, any further languages are a plus 
  • You have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
