
Inchainge
You will work in our comfortable working space in Utrecht, as well as from your own home office.
What you’ll do:
• You will be part of the Inchainge Education team, that aims to expand Inchainge’s business of our portfolio of three best in class and cloud-based business strategy games in managing the value chain, to global academic institutions.
• As a team, we work hard to meet and beat our monthly target and primary KPI’s, and you will have an active role in this.
• You will be responsible for the sales development in the DACH-region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• You will follow-up on inbound leads, program directors, and educators in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance and Sustainability, who have expressed interest in Inchainge’s portfolio, as well as build a network yourself.
• You will inform the leads about our products and services, tailored to their needs, and foster the relationship.
• Before handing over the prospect to the Account Executive/Education Advisor, you will create an analysis of the prospect.
• You will schedule appointments, demo sessions, and introduce the leads to their new point of contact.
• You will organize and follow up on product specific Train-the-Trainer sessions in your region and other events to fulfill the needs of the leads.
• You will work in a team with the Account Executive, who you will support with operational tasks.
Who you’ll be:
– You are a self-starter, and goal oriented. You don’t easily take ‘no for an answer’.
– You will treat each and every prospect and customer in a most respectful way, and you will be empathetic to their needs and situation.
– It goes without saying that you are fluent in German, but in English as well.
– You are eager to get working experience in a customer oriented and target-driven environment.
– You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
