Company ProfileVirtual IT is an Information Technology Solutions and Services organization established in 1998, with presence in UAE, KSA, Qatar and Cyprus.��Our solutions and services assist organizations to digitally transform their operations, implementing technologies that will automate and integrate processes and data for a more efficient and optimized management of their properties and assets.Job DescriptionWe are seeking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our Sales and Marketing team in Dubai responsible to market and sell our business software applications and consulting services, related to Facilities, Real Estate / Property and Asset Management.Responsibilities��������������Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success��������������Generate new business using existing and potential customer��������������Promote existing and new software applications and related services��������������Handle all communications with existing customers and prospects ��������������Identify, qualify and evaluate prospect customers developing positive relationships��������������Analyse requirements and opportunities of prospects��������������Record and manage prospect customer contact details and communication��������������Schedule, perform, document and follow up with on-site and on-line customer meetings ��������������Present and demonstrate solution features and benefits��������������Preparation and follow up of correspondence, proposals and meetings with customers��������������Organization and administration of marketing campaigns and events ��������������Administration duties related to the above cycle��������������Suggest actions to improve sales performance��������������Ability to network with professional in the required business fields ��Requirements������������������University degree related to Marketing, Facility / Asset Management, Property Management or related studies��������������Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing in related business in the UAE ��������������Business experience and background in any, or a combination of the following areas: o���� Real Estate / Property Management, o����Office Space Management, o����Sustainability / Energy Management, o����Facilities and Assets Management��������������Excellent verbal and written communication in the Arabic and English Language ��������������IT literate with high proficiencies in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint ��������������Knowledge and experience in the use of the Internet, LinkedIn and related search tools ��������������Strong organization skills and multitasking ability ��������������Sound interpersonal and communication skill with ability to network��������������Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, taking initiative without direct orders ��������������Customer and service oriented ��������������UAE valid driving license��The successful candidate will be offered a remuneration package based on their background, qualifications and their experience in the UAE market.��Extensive training will be provided covering the approach to Marketing and Selling of our software applications and related services.����Please apply through LinkedIn or by sending your CV to [email protected] APPLICATIONS MUST HAVE A CV ATTACHED OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE REJECTED
