Overview of position:

  • The Sales Analyst will support the Global Account Director to continue growing CTG’s client base on a global scale, through support on reporting, researching, capture management & business development tools. When there are opportunities, this role will also contribute to the bid team’s output.

Role objectives:

  • This is a new role in the company that will develop over time & will initially consist of the following:

Roles objectives:

  • Reporting & research.
  • Reports on funding streams.
  • Competitor mapping.
  • Research on clients.

Managing & owning the CRM:

  • Capture management: managing portals to capture all opportunities.
  • Tracking RFPs new & existing.
  • Tracking & mapping contract awards and expiry dates, building a pipeline for the next 18 – 24 months.
  • Partner compliance & performance management.

Working with the marketing team:

  • Concept notes & capability statements.
  • Preparation of sales decks in PPPT.

Working with the bid team:

  • Bid improvement projects.

Other:

  • Traffic / action management.

Project reporting:

  • The Sales Analyst will support the Global Account Director.

Key competencies:

  • This is a mid range position, we are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the humanitarian sector.
  • Knowledge of the UN an advantage.
  • Research experience.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Previous experience of providing administrative support, ideally in a sales / bids / commercial environment.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Fluent in spoken & written corporate English.
  • Experts in the use of MS software particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CRM an advantage.
  • A complete finisher.
  • Positive attitude.

Team management:

  • This role has no team management responsibility.

  • Salary dependent on experience.
