We are a tech-logistics STARTUP that is looking for an inspired, enthusiastic, and self-driven Account Manager individual to run our Sales department in the organization. The successful candidate will come with previous eCommerce, technology, assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job Summary:
Account Manager responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, vendors department and Operations departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build a strong relationship with your Customers and Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Identify, share, and action opportunities to improve business inputs for your Customers that drive Customer growth and improve end Customer experience, in collaboration with other Company’s programs and teams.
- Oversee key initiatives for your Customers, liaise with key internal and external Customer teams, following up and escalating as appropriate to drive progress against mutual goals.
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to your Customers.
- Identify and request feature enhancements and new product opportunities to improve your Customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
