RULEMATCH is a Fintech venture in the field of digital asset trading, led by founders with strong industry knowledge and backed by world-leading partners.

In order to build our brand and effectively address our target customers, we are looking for an effective and visionary Head of Branding and Communications.

Tasks
Lead and drive all branding, marketing and communication activities of our company
Establish RULEMATCH as a brand in the finance and blockchain community
Develop and maintain visual and written brand assets responsibility for the web and social media presence of RULEMATCH
Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kinds of PR visibility on print, online and social media
Organize and create corporate publishing such as newsletters, investor updates, annual reports and more
Be a sparring partner for management in the area of strategy and business development

Requirements
Several years of experience and a solid track record in a similar role
You are confident to determine the right strategy to introduce and promote the company’s brand message
Great communicator with excellent English language writing and editing skills, fluency in German being a big plus
Experience using a variety of communication channels to get your message across, including web, social and traditional media, video, events and publications
Have an excellent eye for detail and be creative
Strong project management skills to coordinate schedules and meet short content deadlines
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in traditional or decentralized finance
