The Role
Position Title: Corporate Financial Analyst Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 27K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: Autonomous logistics and transportation vehicle manufacturer and service provider Job Description: • Act as key financial analyst and business partner to develop financial models and analytical tools assess funding requirements, financing structures and capital allocation. • Responsible for business modelling, cash-flow analysis, business structuring, transfer pricing, transnational reports, forecasting and budgets. • Work closely with key internal stakeholders from group functions and external stakeholders from investment banks and investors and support Group CFO / Head of Corporate Finance in the drafting and review of financial and valuations models • Support finance diligence during capital raising processes and engage with financial advisors, prepare presentation materials for external (investors and financiers) and internal (Board and shareholders) stakeholders • Review and present analysis of internal Capex projects / internal strategic projects and support Multi-year planning exercises (e.g. Medium Term planning) • Assist Group Accounting with any support relating to accounting reviews and consolidation and maintain forecasting model and support in the production of key financial statements(balance sheet, income statement, cashflow) • Maintain relationships with banks, and manage KYC / compliance processes
Requirements
Qualifications: • Male, 30 years old and below • Degree in economics, accounting, finance or related field with professional qualifications in accounting/ finance (such as ACCA, ACA, CPA or CFA). • Prior M&A / capital raise experience is a plus • Previous experience working known Financial Services and/or tech startups will be a plus How to Apply: Send your CV in word format online.
