This is a Permanent Direct Hire Director of IT / IT Manager position with one of our clients in the Clears Lake, Iowa area up to 130K depending on years of experience.

This Director of IT / IT Manager / Information Technology Manager is a Hands-on Technical Lead role in a small IT shop! This is not just a management position, you will be Hands On Technical and need to be able to be comfortable ‘In the Weeds’ of the IT organization, being Hands-On Technical Majority of the time. This position cannot be remote, must be onsite.

What You Will Need
Technical Hands-On IT experience
IT Roadmapping experience
Prior Infrastructure experience – Hands On Technical skills with VMware, server support.
Basic to general understanding of Server and Network performance and troubleshooting; Windows Server, Active Directory and MS Exchange Server, VOIP, Networking, and Cloud based technology. O354
ERP system experience is a PLUS! Will help the new selection
O365 and Cloud experience
VOIP experience
