Here’s where you come in:

As the Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Risk Manager with the Risk reporting relationship with the Board. This entails analysing where VisionFund International (VFI) is relative to its Risk Appetite and other relevant Risk metrics and measures, under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Risk Manager. In addition, you will assist the Senior Risk Manager in supporting the adoption of Watchdog by the MicroFinance Institutions (MFIs) and in developing the risk culture within the VFI network. You will also be responsible for ad hoc projects and analysis as required for the wider Risk Team, under the management and control of the Senior Risk Manager.

Requirements include:

• Qualified to degree level. Preferably an analytical degree, related to accounting, maths or statistics, or economics
• Experience in using Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint
• Experience in data analysis and reporting for at least 3 years
• Must be fluent in English both in writing and verbally
• Knowledge of Spanish and French preferred
• Mostly working from home or in a local country office. Possible occasional trips to London and overseas travel, as required
