Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 / year

Description

Our technology team is looking to expand and add a Data Analyst.

As the Data Analyst at Riipen, you will be an analytical driver across our entire company. You’ll play a key role in supporting teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and more as they work toward their activation, onboarding, and retention goals.

Joining our impactful Data team, you’ll work collaboratively with your stakeholders to evaluate company-wide initiatives and uncover opportunities to better support our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with our other departmental teams to refine and measure success metrics and their impact on the long term company results;
Assess the impact of departmental initiatives and communicate these impacts back to stakeholders;
Promote data-informed decision making and provide education on best practices across the company;
Use data to identify areas for operational efficiency gains;
Ensure data around support ticket trends is disseminated to other parts of the organization;
Use data to identify areas of opportunity around company goals;
Define principles and develop models (such as those to identify which customers are at risk of churning) to identify the best targets for our teams;
Contribute to data infrastructure improvement;
Work with other Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists during all of the aforementioned.

 

Skills Knowledge And Expertise

Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI, or others;
Demonstrate a solid understanding of statistical and data modelling concepts;
Experience with SQL;
Demonstrate excellent problem structuring and solving skills—you ask the right questions, know what’s important to solve for, and can build a plan to find a solution;
Display strong communication skills and the ability to convey the results of an analysis using presentations and dashboards and both written and verbal reports;
Approach your work with an ownership attitude—you’re proud of the work that you do and strive to ensure it’s accurate and impactful;
Be able to work independently in a fast-changing environment;
Show exceptional organization skills and be detail-oriented, with the ability to think critically and analytically.
