Richemont
CONTEXT
In order to strengthen Richemont’s legal department, we are recruiting a Legal Intern for a minimum of 6 to 8 months to join our team to provide legal advice and assistance to Richemont central functions and industrial entities in Switzerland, to regional in the EMEA region as well as to Richemont Maisons.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues on those different tasks:
Support of 2/3 legal counsels of Group Legal in the rendering of legal services, e.g. as regards distribution matters, commercial contracts etc…
Handling of legal projects such as the finalisation of the post-contractual non-compete and non-solicitation clauses and helping with agreements
Drafting of English and French language agreements, emails, memos and other documents
Interactions with Group Legal colleagues as well as business stakeholders within Richemont Group Functions Regions and our Maisons.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?
Bachelor/Master’s degree in law or equivalent
Previous experience in similar roles appreciated
Fluent in French & English
Available for a period of a minimum of 6 to 8 months
