RFP for Impact Report Editing Consultancy– Annual Progress Reports for Sponsors – Strong consultancy companies required

World Vision International (WVI,) together with its affiliated offices across the globe that make up the World Vision Partnership, (“World Vision”) invites your organization to submit a proposal for Impact Report Editing service for WVI Annual Progress Reports for Sponsors

World Vision’s Annual Progress Reports (APRs) are impact reports that show child sponsors the difference that their support has made to the life of their sponsored child and their sponsored child’s community over the past year.

Objectives of this RFP is :

Produce accurate and effective sponsor friendly update reporting for sponsors, to World Vision style and sentiment.

Pricing & Pricing Methodology

World Vision is seeking a fixed-rate per hour proposal for the services requested in this RFP.

Evaluation Criteria

World Vision will evaluate proposals and select a Supplier, at its discretion. A few criteria it may use, include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Must have proven domestic or international development experience and understanding of development themes.
2. Editors with English as their first language or advanced editing experience in English texts
3. At least 10 staff (in-house or otherwise) available to work on the project daily, or higher during peak times to meet the editing deliverables
4. Based in the Asia-Pacific region for integration with production staff based in Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines
5. Available for pre-project planning in the last week of January 2023 and to complete the project February 2023 to April 2023
6. Willing to work through World Vision’s platforms and processes for this project (Kissflow workflow management, Onedrive, an instant chat platform such as MS Teams or Skype etc)
7. Ability to meet information security requirements as specified by World Vision IT or child protection teams
8. Thoroughness of proposal preparation.
9. Demonstrated excellence in service and support, including have experience writing for sponsors or donors to that work
10. Competitive pricing: best in class and globally competitive.
11. Ability to deliver the requested services by the required dates.
