World Vision International (WVI,) together with its affiliated offices across the globe that make up the World Vision Partnership, (“World Vision”) invites your organization to submit a proposal against RFP 2395722 for a Digital Platform to provide Staff Care Global Wellbeing solutions
The objective for this RFP is to gather information on the different vendors’ capabilities and systems that would be appropriate for the management of World Vision’s global employee population including available features and associated costs. This RFP is only for the purpose of collecting information that would help World Vision understand the market landscape will not result in a direct contract award. World Vision is seeking information on Global Well-being solutions and capabilities, which meet the following requirements

Evaluation Criteria
World Vision will evaluate proposals and select a Supplier, at its discretion. A few criteria it may use, include, but are not limited to the following where the evaluation will be based on general company information / Cybersecurity / functional requirements / additional non-functional requirements / baseline non-functional requirements / project management / operation and support / vendor management :
1. Quality of response, plus reputation and performance of supplier. Superiority of the design/solution. Suitability of the solution to WVI’s current and future needs.
2. Ability to meet information security requirements as specified by World Vision IT teams
3. Thoroughness of proposal preparation.
4. Demonstrated excellence in service and support on a global basis.
5. Competitive pricing: best in class and globally competitive.
6. Ability to deliver the requested services by the required dates.
