World Vision
WVI World Vision (Development Organization with a presence in over 100 countries) invites your organization to submit a proposal against RFP #1919070 – design, development and deployment of platform for a Microsoft certified suitable partner to design, develop and deploy, and provide support and maintenance services for the new solution. This RFP describes our current understanding of our business requirements, however these needs are subject to change. In addition, we would like to offer an overview of our business requirements and a live walkthrough of the current solution via a video call to aid in the understanding of our needs
Goals :
suitable partner who will work closely with us to simplify and transform the data and information management in World Vision’s humanitarian operations. This will include the design, development and deployment of the platform, and the ongoing support and maintenance of the solution.
The Response Portal is expected to be part of the portfolio of integrated systems that serve the humanitarian information needs of the World Vision Partnership. The platform should be a one-stop-shop for all disaster management information, requiring strong integration with other enterprise information platforms.
The Response Portal should be simple, user-friendly and intuitive; the user experience should be significantly improved to make it easier to upload and find content. As such, a human-centred design process is expected to enable achievement of this objective.
The revamped Response Portal is expected to carry out the following business functions:
Identity and access management.
Content management.
Work flow management.
Engagement and collaboration.
Integration with key enterprise platforms.
Report management and visualisation.

Must be Microsoft certified

Describe your company’s position on forming strategic relationship with their clients.
Describe your experience in partnering with other global NGO clients (if any).
Provide your company’s audited financial statements for the current year and the last [THREE] fiscal year[S].
Provide a list of your major customers, with contact information, that are similar in size and culture as World Vision and have contracted with your company for similar requirements. World Vision may choose to contact them for reference purposes.
Provide a list of any subcontractors that your company uses or will use to provide the goods and/ or services requested by World Vision.
Describe any conflicts of interest that your company may have in entering into a relationship with World Vision.
