The Rewards & Compensation Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the organisation’s rewards structure. Primary focus will be on managing queries raised on employee benefits, share plans as well as supporting recurring projects such as annual salary review, salary benchmarking, gender pay gap reporting and annual benefit enrollment.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
- Virtual Stock Option Administration: Manage and administer the company’s virtual stock option programs, including grants, vesting schedules, and communication with eligible employees
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilise advanced Excel skills to analyse data, including compensation benchmarks and market trends, to inform and optimise the rewards structure.
- Benefits Management: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives, while staying updated on legislative changes and industry best practices.
- Business Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all rewards-related inquiries from employees
You’ll Fit Great With These Skills And Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an autonomous Rewards role, ideally in a dynamic, early stage environment
- Strong Excel skills, preferably including knowledge of VLookups, Pivot Tables, Filters etc. Knowledge of working on google sheets is helpful.
- Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling using Excel, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable rewards strategies.
- Compensation Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, including benchmarking, salary structures, and variable pay programs.
- Benefits Knowledge: Familiarity with employee benefits design, administration, and compliance, including healthcare, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Stock Options: Experience in managing stock option programs, including administration, communication, and compliance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with employees and business leaders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align rewards programs with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing business needs and evolving market trends in the rewards and benefits landscape.
- Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
