Dulsco is assisting its client in hiring multiple Retail Salesperson for their stores in UAE.

Work Location: United Arab Emirates.

Industry: Consumer Electronics

Job Purpose:To maintain outstanding customer service as per the company’s standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

Responsibilities

  • Key Performance Area 1: Business Performance
  1. Effectively sell products / services & extended warranties through understanding of the Customer’s needs, tailoring a solution to meet those needs, and closing the sales.
  2. Always ensure a proper product demonstration.
  3. To achieve the sales objectives for the assigned section.
  4. Update/print/install price & product information labels for the assigned section.
  5. Ensure proper product display & “in-store merchandising”.
  6. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding refunds/exchanges, and security practices.
  7. In the absence of the Team Leader to manage the team in performing tasks such as duty schedules etc.
  8. Work according to the set business operating procedures.
  9. Adherence to company policies, code of conduct, disciplinary procedures.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and communicate when inventory replenishment is needed.
  11. Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
  12. Developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.

  • Key Performance Area 2: Customer Focus
  1. Follow the F.I.S.H principles to achieve customer satisfaction.
  2. Greet customers politely and ascertain what each customer wants or needs and aid them in locating merchandise.
  3. Sell to customers by explaining product feature vs. benefits.
  4. Schedule home deliveries directly with customers and coordinate with the services team to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Key Performance Area 3: People Development
  1. Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees. Mentor and coach less experience employees to become more effective salespeople.

  • Key Performance Area 4: Quality Excellence
  1. Communicate customer requests which encourage improvements in the current procedures to the management on a regular basis.
  2. To be the ambassador for the best business practise, ethics and code of conduct and ensure that the business should be conducted with uncompromising honesty and integrity while dealing with customers.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience working as a salesperson in a consumer electronics retail environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent by experience)
  • Strong customer service, product knowledge and communication skills
