As part of the International Department in our HQ, you will be in charge of Client Experience, in-store Retail activations, and Retail Performance.
You Will Make An Impact By Being
- Responsible for the improvement of the Client Experience and Boutique Activations by :
- Defining, improving and scaling-up boutique experiences (digital and analog)
- Leading Retail part in the HQ 360° launch packs and drive to-store concepts including best practice sharing worldwide
- Developing boutique activations for peak periods (i.e. Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day…) and regularly updating and upgrading the global activation book
- Following-up market activation calendar with markets monthly to monitor the ROI on boutique activations and collect and share market best practices with the retail community
- Managing the worldwide Piaget Uniform
- Supporting and tracking the adoption of our selling ceremony in markets
- Leading monthly reviews with market Retail counterparts to follow-up on ongoing projects
- Leading and animating monthly Retail call (Inspire Call)
- Animating the global Retail community
- Co-lead development and deployment of Piaget’s Ateliers de l’Extraordinaire, partnership strategies, and other client activations and events with other HQ departments.
- Drive Retail performance by analysing and monitoring worldwide retail metrics, client satisfaction (NPS), CRM KPI, Boutique Commercial plans, as well as developing and launching short term sales incentives.
The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For
- You hold a master’s degree in business or luxury management with min. 5 years’ experience in Retail with Boutique and Client experience in a leading luxury Maison.
- You understand both, HQ, market and boutique’s challenges and priorities.
- You will ideally be holding a project management certification.
- You have track record in developing, implementing and scaling-up Retail or Client Experience projects, designing and driving Boutique activations and have succeeded in actions to increase client satisfaction.
- You possess proven leadership skills supporting you in influencing and motivating the many stakeholders and collaborators of the role.
- You are savvy with KPI Dashboards, reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Google looker, or Salesforce and proficient with MS Excel and PPT.
- You have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to C-Level management.
- Since you will have regular worldwide interaction, fluent English is a must (both written and spoken)
