The Role

The role will support all operations within the Milton Point site & will be instrumental in the growth & development of our B2B & B2C business. This role will focus predominately on Retail Distribution and play a key role in the development and growth of Oxfam’s new product range (SBO). Through strong leadership you will lead & empower a team of staff to deliver high levels of excellent customer service while offering support, direction & inspiration when needed. You will develop a strong sense of teamwork working together to deliver high levels of performance across the whole business. You will have full oversight and management of product supply, storage, inventory systems, sales & returns within a large warehouse environment.

  • Have experience in working successfully in collaboration with others across teams & departments.
  • Have experience of managing financials including £m+ budgets. Ability to analyse data to support informed decision making & problem resolution
  • Be able to organise & balance own workload with often conflicting priorities. Be able to demonstrate high levels of resilience
  • Have proven levels of technical expertise
  • Be adaptable & flexible
  • Have a high level of numeracy & IT literacy.
  • Have experience of managing H&S and security in a warehouse environment
