We are looking for a Retail Central Operations Manager to join our thriving and dynamic management team in our multi-site Retail business.

Based in our Head Office, you will be responsible for the provision of the

central business support and administration service to the Retail department and leadership and management of the administration team.

This is a fast paced, varied and exciting role that is a key contributor to our Retail business and supports our senior, field and store management teams.

You will have extensive experience of running a central business and administration function, be a great problem solver and enjoy the day to day challenges of a busy department

An accomplished manager, and with first class communication skills you will have the ability to lead effective team and build and develop effective working relationships at all levels within the organisation and with our external partners.
