International Olympic Committee – IOC
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is the guardian of the Olympic Games and the leader of the Olympic Movement. A truly global organisation, it acts as a catalyst for collaboration between all Olympic stakeholders, including the athletes, the National Olympic Committees (NOCs), the International Sports Federations (IFs), Organising Committees for the Olympic Games (OCOGs), the Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights-Holders. It also works with public and private authorities, including the United Nations and other international organisations.

As a Results Service Manager you will be managing the Games Results Services within the IOC and ensuring the planning and delivery of results services. Additionally, you will also be managing the key relationships with OCOG and IOC related functions and partners.
Main responsibilities
Results Services for the Olympic and Youth Olympic Games (Summer and Winter)
- Based in the IOC Headquarters with traveling required to Host Cities.
- Coordinates the Results Services from the IOC perspective, including project planning, reporting and certain onsite operations.
- Assurance support relating to Results Services for OCOGs and YOGOCs.
- Manages the project from foundation until decommissioning including planning, implementation, readiness and operational phases.
- In coordination with the Organising Committee, partners and suppliers, ensure that all activities related to results are delivered according to service level requirements and agreed timelines.
- In relation with the OCOG and IOC involved Functional Areas including Olympic Results and Information Services (ORIS), ensure that the project is fully synchronised with other projects impacting the Results Services (e.g. Sports Programme, Common Codes, video adjudication).
- Take part in the organisation of the main testing activities: Technology Rehearsals, Test events, Homologation Tests, etc.
- Reviews and approves IOC or OCOG documentation and policies and procedures related to or affecting Results Services.
- Manages key relationships with projects stakeholders including contract management.
- Contributes and makes proposals for innovation and evolution of Results projects.
Our requirements
- Higher education qualification or equivalent (master’s/bachelor’s degree, Federal diploma, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience of project and team management.
- Minimum of 2 multi-sport Games IT / Results experience.
- Native English or French (and high proficiency in the 2nd, non native language).
- Flexible approach to working hours during Games periods.
