Here’s where you come in:

As the Resources Acquisition and Partnership Director, you will provide strategic and technical leadership in capture planning and implementation, bid management, oversight of donor research and analytics and pipeline management, and implementation of World Vision Cambodia’s grants acquisition strategy. Further, you will strategize resources diversification, strengthen donor networking and partnership with existing and potential consortium partners in particular with local NGOs, facilitate internal cross-functions collaboration, enables efficient system for end-to-end acquisition process, and enhance capability of resources acquisition and partnership departments team.

This role is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and oversees six (6) managers/specialists as direct reports in the areas of partnership management (localisation agenda), government engagement & compliance, communications & public engagement, strategy, (international) resources acquisition and local fund-raising.

Requirements include:

  • Master’s degree in International Development, Public/Social Policy, Environment Management, or Social Science or a related field applicable to lead resources acquisition and donors’ engagement.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experiences leading funding acquisition and donor’s engagement in local/international NGOs and other organizations.

  • Experienced networker with strong skills in donor relations, negotiation, and partnership brokering and management.

  • Demonstrated success achieving high win rate for medium to large bid portfolios.

  • Experience working in mobilizing resources from private sectors/Foundations and or local-fund raising

  • Experience living and working in Cambodia or South East Asia region.
