This is an exciting opportunity for a residential property solicitor, legal executive or conveyancer to join a highly successful property department. The firm is very well respected in the region and offer their clients a first class service.
They are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to manage their own caseloads and be a key member of the residential property team.
You will be providing expert advice on the full range of residential property matters such as: sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity amongst other residential property matters.
The firm is seeking a highly personable individual who will be able to develop professional relationships and liaise with clients, lenders and estate agents.
The team is highly supportive and you will be encouraged to develop your career with the firm. You will enjoy a collegiate environment whilst having the autonomy to develop a real specialism in property law.
