Residential Program Manager

We’re looking for a Residential Manager to join our team and provide oversight to a residential program with one adult female in Nashua, NH.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing direct care staff
• Implementing and monitoring program budgets
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with service coordinators, guardians and other team members
• Ensuring compliance with state certification/licensing standards, agency policies and contractual obligations
• Direct care as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field
• Four (4) years of related experience can be substituted for the degree
• Experience working in the field Human Services
• Prior experience managing staff
• Fiscal management and organizational skills are critical to success in this position
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance are also required

Hours: This position will be 20 hours of management and 20 hours of staffing. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on-call rotation. Weekend availability is required.
