Researcher/Recruiter – Zurich

For our client based in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for a Researcher/Recruiter with a focus in the financial industry.

Tasks

• Lead and manage comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates leveraging direct sourcing, database mining, referrals, local advertising, networking and professional community channels
• Identify, gauge and prioritise potential candidates through internal networks, external resources and market outreach
• Maintain databases quality to ensure all candidate data is captured and tracked
• Ensure a diverse pool of suitable candidates is generated as part of each assignment
• Create high-quality documentation including candidate profiles, role specifications, reporting and company mappings
• Learning and developing through coaching from the research manager and senior consultants
• Acting as an ambassador for the brand

Requirements

• First experience in recruitment as a researcher/sourcer, ideally on the Swiss market or in finance.
• Working proficiency in English and German is essential.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise with excellence
• Strong ability and understanding of sourcing and direct search
• Willingness to go the extra mile and strive for your clients and candidates
• You possess the drive to get things done the right way and act with a dynamic, efficient and committed personality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously and enjoy the freedom and responsibility it gives
