Healing Field Foundation (HFF) is an NGO founded in 2000 headquartered at Hyderabad, Telangana with extensive operations in India and abroad. HFF has pioneered many projects in Health Education and with a successful record of accomplishment of executing projects in some of the most challenging geographies across India with documented success of impacting lives to poor communities.

With the expanding outreach, we are looking for a Program Manager to spearhead and manage our growth to ensure delivery of programs within the prescribed quality standards and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead the research and documentation initiatives of the organisation. 
• Ensure technically sound and high-quality baseline, midline and end line, evaluations of current programs (including evaluation designs, instruments, analysis plan and report) are carried out
• Develop and lead the organizational research strategy
• Identify potential opportunities for research and follow-through
• Anchor all research projects and work in partnership with other research institutes and independent researchers 
• Train and develop the team on basic field research techniques 
• Development of research tools, methodology & modules for training of field investigators/enumerators and train them
• Conduct literature review and secondary research
• Ensure quality, integrity and efficiency of data collection, validation and analysis and information in reports 
• Carry out data analysis & report writing
• Dissemination of research findings internally and externally

Educational Qualification & Experience

• Postgraduate in Social Sciences/ Pure Sciences /Statistics with a good understanding of Epidemiology /MPH 
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience of which 3 years should be in Research / Epidemiology, Experience in research in the health sector would be an added advantage
• Experience of both qualitative and quantitative methods of research
• Should have published at least 2 original papers in renowned journals
• Proficiency of latest research tools and technology 
• Excellent analytical and writing skills & demonstrated the use of them
• Training & facilitation skills.
• Experience in coordinating research teams 
• Language – Fluency in English & Hindi essential Knowledge of Telugu desirable
• Willing to travel 

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualification
