Research Lead

MAGNiTT looks to further develop its Research content. We are looking for a hungry and driven Research Lead who can help develop our research proposition. As a leading venture data platform, research is key to our proposition. Your role will be to help shape and grow the research and analytics content. You will create, review and manage our research content creation and work with the Head of Marketing & Content to develop and implement our research content strategy across the Emerging Venture Markets.Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Marketing & Content on the strategy of MAGNiTT research and analytical insights.- Responsible for the implementation of the research strategy including review of content and analytical content creation to be included in our reports, landing pages, and communication.- Lead and develop the process of 3rd party research paid by clients including the submission for review by the client prior to publication.- Develop in-depth analyses and insights based on MAGNiTT platform, data, and published research reports.- Coordinate with the Data Department to analyze the data in the covered regions (Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and Pakistan) to support the design and implementation of the research strategy.- Present MAGNiTT data and research insights to clients and ecosystem partners- Develop regular insights to share across media channels to drive awareness and transparency of the ecosystem and its trends.- Work with the Head of Content and Market to build relations with key members of the press to highlight insights and build awareness of MAGNiTT data and original publicationsJob RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Mathematics is favorable.- 3 years of Research content writing is required- 3 years of experience in Finance, Financial markets, Venture Capital, and Investments is favorable- Ability to interpret and analyze data- Strong oral & written communication skills.- Fluent in written and spoken English- Passionate about the startup ecosystem- Strong sense of aesthetic/ design/ style.- Ability to work, think and execute independently.- A true team player; no project or task is too big or small.- You re friendly. You take your work seriously, but you don t always take yourself seriously. (We work a lot so you should be fun to be around!)- Fluent oral & written Arabic is a big advantageGood to have/be:- Highly organized and meticulous- Proactive, dedicated to meeting deadlines, thriving in high-pressure environments- Integrity, you’ve got the best interests of the company in mind- Experience with the MAGNiTT Platform and/or other financial databases is a bonus
