Chezuba (https://chezuba.net) is seeking a passionate and curious professional who aims to use their research skills and attention to detail to support the growth journey of a fast-growing social startup. We are looking for individuals with the ability to learn and adapt to a fast-evolving environment of a global start-up.

We are a SaaS platform enabling companies to engage their employees through virtual volunteering. Chezuba works with NGO partners in as many as 76 countries and has registered volunteers from about 100 countries. We have been listed in Forbes 30 under 30 in 2020, accelerated by 500 Startups and are headquartered in the US

We are on the lookout for hustlers who understand the dynamics of startup culture. We love to work with smart, pro-active team players who take ownership and care about the impact of their work.

Responsibilities

• Research on companies and identify the key decision-makers
• Learn about the companies’ culture using Glassdoor, recent PR, Linkedin and any other information available on the web
• Highlight 2-3 top practices that are good at the company and 2-3 areas that can be worked upon
• Draft an email to the key decision-maker sharing these learnings
• Maintain and update CRM

Qualifications

• Interest to pursue a role in Sales/Business Development in the future
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
