For our longstanding and well-known client, Roche Diagnostics International AG, we are looking for a long-term temporary assignment for the Rotkreuz site as a

Tasks & Responsibilities

Execute production of a variety of protein types, including therapeutic antibodies, in mammalian expression systems at various scales

Routine maintenance and cell banking of HEK and CHO cells

Perform data entry and analysis, prepare timely updates of project progress reports

Organize and maintain detailed records of all laboratory processes

Support maintenance of laboratory supplies and performs other laboratory duties as assigned

Must Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in biology (e.g. lab technician) or related field

First experience in a laboratory setting with cell biology

Familiarity with standard mammalian cell culture methods (e.g. Maintenance of cells, Protein expression)

EDV- experience and a technical flair (G-Suite or MS Office)

Fluency in English is a MUST and German is a plus

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
