Do you have an affinity with the real estate market, and are you looking for an opportunity to combine your analytical skills with business intelligence in a commercial environment? We are looking for an ambitious Research Analyst to join our Research team in Copenhagen.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Data and Insight is a big focus and key strategic priority for CBRE. There is now a framework in place for CBRE Research to unlock the opportunity of the significant volumes of data held and to embed data driven insight into daily interactions with clients.

The main focus of this position will be to provide insight, analytics and thought leadership to CBRE’s Research team in support of its strategic objectives, key clients and major instructions. The output and activities are integral to enhancing the service line’s offering both in the context of support to valuation and capital markets mandates, research publications and also independently through advisory work.

The role establishes a profound relationship with the local team(s) as well as provide support to the Continental Europe (CE) research platform.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Data collection, input and extraction in the context of support to valuation and capital markets mandates
  • Provide data-driven input into Thought Leadership program Denmark Research
  • Prepare regular and quarterly research reports for internal and external purposes and further enhancement of these
  • Support advisory work and client presentations
  • Participate in dashboard and analytics development from understanding client needs through to data sourcing, development of dashboards and on-going support after delivery

 

WHAT CAN YOU OFFER US?

  • You have a master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field of study. Minimum of 1-2 years related experience and/or training
  • Interest in gaining exposure and building a comprehensive knowledge of commercial property markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients
  • Good technical skills with advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and amenable to learning new technologies and systems related to data collection, extraction and tracking
  • You think in terms of optimism, opportunities and innovation
  • You are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
