Evaluate departmental processes, identify problems and make recommendations to improve efficiency. Complete and distribute various surveys and reports. May enter, process, retrieve and/or correct data (i.e. agent reporting, agent of record, etc.) to ensure systems are updated and management has correct information to respond to agent/management inquiries. May coordinate events (e.g. sales promotions, in-store events, store openings, trade shows, contest payoffs, promotion of ACG products/services, regional contests, etc.) and/or materials, for field locations. May perform office/agency audits to ensure meeting field and corporate compliance standards.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify)
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- P.C. software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
- computerized record maintenance
- working with various ACG products/services (e.g. memberships, travel packages, insurance, etc.)
- identifying and resolving problems
- organization and planning
- scheduling appointments, meetings, agendas, itineraries and work priorities
- leadership and decision making skills
Knowledge Of
Knowledge and Skills:
- AAA membership, sales delivery systems and insurance products
- sales production standards and incentive programs
- sales policies and procedures
- sales compensation
Ability To
- communicate effectively with others in a team work environment and with the public
- analyze and interpret system generated reports relating to sales production, commissions, incentive payments
- evaluate departmental processes and make recommendations for improvement
- provide work guidance and training
- perform accurate basic mathematical calculations
- maintain accurate records/computer tables
- develop standards, methods and procedures
- plan and manage projects
- work independently and set appropriate priorities to meet deadlines
- lift objects weighing up to twenty (20) pounds*
- sit/stand and walk in the performance of job duties
- demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to include preparation of reports, proposals and presentations (samples may be required at time of interview)
Education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Insurance or a related field and/or comparable work experience.

- Commission registers and reports
- Sales Monthly and Year-to-Date
- Salesperson Statistical Analysis Report
- agent production tracking
Ability To
- demonstrate customer care principals to field office staff
Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled office environment.
