Your role
Do you have a talent for selling and do you rate digital advice highly? Do you have extensive expertise in mortgage lending? Are you passionate about learning new skills and advising our clients on new services? Do you have a good network of connections and know how to acquire prospective new clients in the market for key4 mortgages? If so, then this is the right place for you! We are looking for an energized and motivated person for our key4 Remote Sales and Advice Team.

  • you will acquire and motivate new clients to complete their mortgage with UBS key4 mortgages
  • you will enable clients to put together an attractive financing solution for the property they want to buy
  • you will impress clients from when the initial contact is made until the mortgage is completed – and beyond
  • you will manage and support credit inquiries from application to completion on behalf of our part-ner brokers
  • you will advise clients on new and digital services relating to mortgages and properties
  • you will network with our internal and external stakeholders at various events, and put UBS key4 mortgages in pole position
  • you will convince existing and new borrowers to take out a mortgage with key4

Your team
The Remote Sales and Advice Team is responsible for providing an advisory service for key4 mortgages. UBS key4 mortgages is a digital, independent and transparent platform for property financing transactions. Clients can obtain their mortgage offers for their property digitally from different financing providers via the platform. The platform is the driver in a digital ecosystem covering all aspects of real estate and is being continuously extended to include additional services.

Your expertise

  • you are a talented advice-centered sales person
  • you are proactive and understand how to network with stakeholders to become the preferred point of contact for new mortgage inquiries
  • you have completed your banking apprenticeship or equivalent commercial training
  • you have experience in acquisition, and in advising on and completing mortgages
  • you are fluent in French and English. Other languages are a bonus
  • you are happy to work as part of a dynamic and established team
  • you enjoy providing an advisory service using video conferencing
  • you are motivated and interested in getting involved in new processes and working methods
