IT Sales Executive Starting Salary £20K – £26K OTE Full time, 37.5 hours a weekRemote / Hybrid role although must be based in England.Your own equipment is needed. (Laptop/PC, Phone).Are you a sales executive with experience in the IT Industry?Do you have experience in lead generation and B2B?OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: Sales Executives are required to work on behalf of our clients major IT clients carrying out first rate project work involving seminar registrations, lead generation and appointment setting; this is carried out by telephone and followed up by writing detailed and accurate reports of the dialogue. Sales Executives must produce accurate, high-quality reports; The prerequisite of the position is good written English with accurate comprehension and spelling. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include pre-sales discussions, generating leads, booking appointments on behalf of the clients, attendee generation by discussing benefits of attendance to events and general improvement of supplied contact information to the highest standards of accuracy. Sales Executives will be required to use, on a daily basis, Microsoft and Access Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with these products, and any other software that may be deemed necessary, is desired but not essential. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: Ideally all Sales Executives should have a basic knowledge of using a PC withexperience of telephone sales or research.Would be ideal to have experience in B2B outbound lead generation or inside sales.Experience with outbound business development. Key skills include: Personable nature Confident Ability to navigate past gate-keepers to speak to business managers. Excellent communication skills – both written and over the telephone. Efficient, accurate data entry and recording of narrative following phone calls. Ability to close for meetings and leads. Customer focused. Team player. Familiarity with objection handling and open questioning. Ability to manage time and productivity. Self-motivated and driven. Ability to meet and exceed targets in relation to calls, reports and leads produced. TRAINING PROVIDED: Initial Company induction with the Head of Operations followed by a complete induction and training day with our clients trainer, which will encompass all aspects of the position from how to use the telephone effectively through to how to input data and information onto the database. Tele Researchers will then be given a one-to-one training session with a Senior Tele Researcher who will introduce the phone system, email system, Access database and Outlook diary. Opportunity will then be given to listen to the Senior Tele Researchers making calls to demonstrate the skills required to generate the required information.Ongoing training and briefing on each individual project is carried out by the Head of Operations, the trainer and Project Owner. THE BENEFITS: Basic salary of £20,000 with an OTE of £26,000 – this is uncappedBenefits include minimum 28 days holiday, inc bank holidays, this increases to up to 33 with length of service. Plus 1.5 days authorised leave and five days company sick pay within the first year of employment, extending to ten days following 12 months service.Employee discount scheme through our clients hub.Following 12 months service and subject to eligibility:- membership to the CompanyPension, Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan and Death in Service subject to eligibility and service.Our client has a hybrid working policy which will involve some work based out of our clients manchester office mixed with some flexible/working from home. We would anticipate that the initial first few months will be skewed more towards office-based work to facilitate training and getting to know the team.
