
Remote Worker
This is a 100% remote position We are looking to hire driven, Sr. Recruiters to join the team as we continue to grow Recruiter Job Responsibilities Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing other duties related to recruiting candidates. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Builds applicant sources by researching and prospective candidates via LinkedIn, company database, candidate referrals, etc. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and working with candidates and hiring managers to expedite the interview process. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks. Performs quality assurance process to ensure consistent best practices while recruiting candidates, presenting candidates, and working with candidates & hiring managers throughout the interview process.
