Job Summary

The person will be assisting with CN COVID-19 response team. More precisely the person will be doing investigation of people that are COVID-19 positive or presumed positive. The person will perform various activities related to the investigation such as contacting the employees, identifying the collaterals and preparing reports. This role is designed to be both educational and practical. The person will learn how to take skills they may have acquired in school and apply them in a professional setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Complete the investigation process for COVID-19 for positive or presumed positive employees
  • Contact employees that are COVID-19 positive or presumed positive to map out the last 48h of work (who, when, where, for how long, etc.)
  • Identify collaterals
  • Identify where there is a need to clean
  • Create a report to be distributed internally
  • Assist in optimizing COVID-19 investigation processes
  • Provide support to the COVID-19 response team

Education/Certification/Designation

  • Working towards a degree (or have completed degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration or any similar program

Skills/Knowledge

  • Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written)
  • Must be a critical thinker and fast learner
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient with MS office applications
  • Must be bilingual (English,French)

Working Conditions

  • Remote, work from home
