Sales Operations Analyst Intern
This operations role will partner with the organization to drive projects that involve sales strategy implementation, process improvement, and systems enhancements. The right candidate will have experience in collecting and synthesizing data and measuring key sales metrics to support sales.

Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing business processes and/or improvements.
- Use of Salesforce.com Lightning reports and dashboards to support:
- Go-to-market / Account based sales analytics and strategies
- To directly support GTM areas of:
- Direct Sales
- Channel, Partner, and Alliances
- Consulting and Professional Services
- Product Management
- Maintain key performance data to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Identify and fix inaccurate data
- Facilitate the audit and clean up of aging reports and dashboards
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Strategic thinking
- Problem solving
- Excellent communications skills including strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
