Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include the following activities:

• Relationship manager of terminated relationships with domicile Switzerland and abroad
• Preparation of resignation letters based on compliance requirements or business decisions
• Close cooperation with various stakeholders such as account holders, proxies, lawyers, internal bank interfaces, etc. 
• Request of offsetting instructions, clarification of enquiries, preparation of asset lists, tax statements, etc. 
• Processing of netting instructions: liquidation and transfer of assets, netting, archiving of all documents  
• Coordination with different internal teams within Legal, Sanctions, Operations, Compliance, etc. 

Qualifications

Essential Skills: 

• You have a commercial education with 4-7 years of professional experience within Credit Suisse as relationship manager
• Good banking expertise with appropriate legal background knowledge
• Very good negotiation skills and enjoyment in dealing with challenging problems  
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Very good process and system knowledge (CS internal systems advantageous, MS Office, etc.)
• Strong team player, flexibility, and high motivation
